Lencon and Ideal Jacobs have reached a new level in their collaboration.

Through the creation of Ideal Jacobs Europe B.V. the international production partner of Lencon firmly puts foot on Dutch soil.

The links between Ideal Jacobs and Lencon are further strengthened as Lencon becomes shareholder of the new company. Jeroen Kuiper will take on the position of Managing Director of Ideal Jacobs Europe, in addition to his duties as General Manager of Lencon.

Lencon director Jan Willem Lucas is very happy with the new collaboration. "Although our core business is product development we get more and more requests to arrange the production of complete products or components" Lucas says. "Since production preparation of designs has been our strength for many years, the extension to production is a valuable addition to our services."

The expansion means that Lencon can access huge variety of production facilities like sheetmetal production, injection molding, electronics production and component assembly. The facilities are divided over a number of different locations that are globally distributed. By extending their services towards production the Lencon slogan "from idea to 3D" is again reinforced.
